Assalamualaikum y'ols...

Wassup? Awal-awal hari..., dah update blog ek.. Thing is.., I can't wait y'ols... Cerita panas kot!!

No..no..no.., bukan pasal Justin Bieber, neither pasal Rosmah Mansur..! Hahahaha..

It was bout my entry posted yesterday (link to the post)! Kan I meluahkan perasaan kat y'ols kan pasal my apartment yang dah jadi hostel for PICOMS tuh kan? U know what?? There's one of the student *maybe he's reading this too.. So...Hey there, adik!*, shared the link of that post at their PICOMS's fb account wall.. 

Reason being? I dunno?? Tanya lah dia! 

But my guess, he was trying to provoke the friends to condemn me and indirectly the other BC's residents la kot for being annoyed and stressed out of what had happened to our HOUSE/HOME! 

I pon terkejut when suddenly the news about my blog was spread all around dekat our fb's group.. Enche suami pun tanya-tanya perihal blog I.. He asked me whether I posted my blog dekat wall PICOMS.. I was like, "Heh?? Apa kejadah lak I nak post my blog dekat situ!".. Kan?

So after few minutes absorbing the information, baru lah both of us understand the situation. Kisahnya..., ada adik yang 'baik hati' tolong post kan blog I kat their FB group! Hahahahahaha... 

When the post went publicly at their wall, of course lah some of them leave 'nice' comments *I would say... ;p*... And the 'nice-comments' really pissed the other residents and owners off!! 

Here are the comments by the students and below part in purple is my answer (representing my fellow neighbors in Banjaria Court):

<-we (referring to BC's residents) are not being rational for accusing them without proof..

->WE DO HAVE PROOF!! And in fact, WE ARE COLLECTING IT NOW... But the proof is not to be shown to y'ols, but to some people in higher positions.. Ur college management, maybe? Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi or Kementerian Pelajaran, maybe? Or mungkin Kementerian Kesihatan juga, since y'ols will be working in that area related to that ministry.. 

So, WE DO HAVE PROOF ye adik-adik sekalian...

<-we claimed that BC is ours but actually the students also do have right on BC..

->Before that, izinkan daku bertanya..., berapa ratus ribu y'ols bayar to claim that u hv the rights similar to the owners' should have on BC?? FYI, the price of one unit in BC is not less than RM 150,000.. Not less ok... Bear in mind! We all kerja siang and malam, and tunggu masa bertahun to purchase this is soooo called HOME... Jadi patut-patut lah kalau kami kata, BC ni kami punya!! Memang we all pon yang sign surat jual beli, surat loan, surat hakmilik...   

And there u are, paying the fee by semester, and maybe some amount of rent every month, itu pun probably the source of finance coming from ur beloved parents, then claim u have the same right as we do?? You got to be kidding!!

Oh ya la... y'ols budak lagi.. Mana nak paham menda-menda ni... So next time, before doing or saying anything, THINK first! If y'ols dah besar, dah matured, dah paham situasi kakak-kakak and abang-abang ni.., u'll probably regret what u've just said..

That's part of it lah.. But thanks to some of my neighbors yang dah tolong 'tegur' budak-budak-kurang-matang ni.. 

I mean, in my opinion, they are just children who's not yet exposed to the real world... So for them, things are as simple as FB... They might say, 'pasal guna swimming pool pun nak kecoh?', or maybe 'Sukahati kiterang la buat apa pun, bukan pi ketuk pintu hampa pun'..

Yup.., because they never feel how hard it is actually to earn ur own money and purchase ur own home and protect the HOME that u own... Diorang tak paham...

To explain analogically, camnihla, imagine, sambil belajar, y'ols kerja part time kat McD or maybe KFC.. penat nih.. Susah payah carik duit. Then with the pay from ur part time work, u buy an iPhone.. And that's gadget became ur fav thing and most beloved belongings that u ever had. Coz u worked hard for it. Then suddenly a friend of yours, who is happened to buy a topup for u, RM10, claim that he has right as well on ur iPhone.. Sebab dia bayar topup 10hinggit...! Dah la pakai ganas, sampai calar-calar iPhone u..  Dah la asik dia je yang pakai.. U nak pakai pun tak dapat..

So..., if y'ols dekat situasi itu, bengkek tak? Marah tak? Ase membara-bara tak nak protect iPhone u tuh?

Jadi..., kami nih rasa itu lah skang ni... Sebab tuh la kakak-kakak n abang-abang buat kecoh... Kami nak protect hak kami!

Ada paham ka...?

Oh ya.., to the 'adik' *I'm 100% confident he's reading this...*, bukan adik sorang je leh bajet stalker intai-intai group kami and even the members of the group, kami pun ada juga stalkers berhemah tau! Assalamualaikum y'ols...

I nak mengadu nasib... Hati sangat panas membara... 

Last time I wrote a post (link to the post) about my apartment becoming the Pusrawi's hostel, didn't I ? So at first, we thought it's the hostel for the Pusrawi's staff.. But recently, we just got to know that actually, it's not rented to the staff but to the Pusrawi International College of Medical Science (PICOMS) students!!

So, those girls yang terpekik terlolong dengan gembiranya dekat swimming pool tuh and those boys yang main terjun-terjun and berlari-larian dekat keliling pool tuh and not to mention gabungan boys and girls yang conquer the pool almost every evening since they became 'part' of Banjaria Court's members are the college students!! Oh ya, and bising jugak malam-malam hari without even considering the privacy that family with small childs and babies might need!

I am soooo pissed off.. And I just got to know (lagi) that they are 35 UNITS rented for these students and each unit, 8 students are allocated.. So total up 280 students! 

And more, they are allowed to use every facilities available in the building, regardless if they need to conquer the pool and deny the rights of the owners who pay a large amount of money to OWN and LIVE peacefully in their own house!!

Lebih menggembirakan, parents or family are allowed to come over to visit over the weekend! Yeayy..., so, over the weekend, the amount of people in Banjaria Court, which is THE PLACE THAT I LIVE will be darn crowded like Sunway Lagoon! Plus, the visitors also can use the facilities..

Plus, now that only few days there're in, hundreds of complaints and issues already arise; cleanliness issue, safety issue and the list goes on... 

Baru berapa hari dah ada yang tangkap couple 'belajar' kat bawah tangga parking! 

Baru berapa hari, dah ada yang tangkap budak-budak round 'tengok kawasan' depan rumah orang pukul 3pagi..

Baru berapa hari, dah jumpa sampah bersepah dalam lif, buang kat tepi pool, and etc..

Ya Allah hu akbar....

I memang sangat-sangat tak puas hati with the idea of renting few units of apartment becoming hostels for students! What the hack!! Then, apa nasib residents yang bayar mahal bulan-bulan, plus dengan maintainence fee yang makan RM XXX juga sebulan??? 

Adil ke untuk kami that we have to risk almost about everything; privacy, safety, cleanliness and etc while we need to pay the same amount, not even a single cent less?? 

Apa ni??? Boleh ke buat macam ni???

Kat mana residents yang teraniaya ni nak mengadu nasib??? 

Memang lah hak owner yang rent out the units to rent it out to anyone, but please.....JANGANLAH SELFISH!!! U're staying far away from this building and u're not in our shoes now! Common sense dude, common sense!!!

Astaghfirullah hal azim...

Friends.., please.. Idea! What can we do...? Den 'seteressss' (translate : ejaan utk stress bila dalam keadaan stress).. 

I nih dah la stress pasal study, menda-menda camni pula nak tokok tambah perisa stress.. Haduh..... Mintak nyawa...mintak nyawa.....

Seriously, I pissed off!!! Hari ini attempt kedua contractor UNIFI datang rumah untuk install the precious unifi kat teratak kecil kami ni.. And kali kedua juga usaha GAGAL!!!

Pffft...pfffttt.........

First time, tab log was missing... *memang khianat pengkhianat yang mencuri tab log rumah kami itu!!*, and this 2nd time, usaha gagal lagi sebab cable pula jahanam... *jahanam betul!*

Yang buat I nak jadik incredible hulk sangat nih, sebab dah pernah report pasal kerosakan regarding this phone-internet-line thingy to the management, and they took their own sweet time to repair it *sebulan hoccay???*, yet, ada problem lagi!!! Dah sekali harung buat tuh, cek la balik segala menda to make sure everything ok, KAN??? Nih dah kena buat kerja banyak-banyak kali.. Menyusahkan kami, menyusahkan contractor UNIFI dan menyusahkan diri sendiri.. Kan??

Now my order to UNIFI return balik...2 kali dah! Nanti I kena call balik UNIFI to confirm and re-schedule appointment.. Not to mention the pressure calling the management to follow up on the status of the repair work and almost everytime, *except for the last call* was frustrating!! 

FRUST SUNGGUH!!!! MARAH SUNGGUH!!!!!

Disebabkan I marah, memang I dah naik hantu mengamuk dekat rep of the management team of my apartment ni tadi.. Guess it's been a while since I mengamuk macam tuh! Seriously u'ols, I pissed off!!! Geram sangat...

And that guy leh pulak cakap "Sub-con saya tengah busy..",

Heh, silap hari bulan la nak berlawak dengan saya enche.. Terus I maki dia kat situ jugak! I rasa satu level leh dengar I mengamuk kot! Di depan budak-budak contractor UNIFI tuh gak I maki rep tuh..

Banyak lah dia punya busy! Dah la salah dia buat keje tak betul-betul, pastuh boleh nak bagi alasan busy pulak bila orang complain?? 

Baru nak terkebil-kebil bijik mata...

I don't care, I want this to be fixed in 2 days time!!! 

Apa motif tulis sini pun tatau.... Bukannya u'ols leh wat pape.. Huhuhu.. Tolong dengar je lah ek!

p/s -  This blog was written and published thru a prepaid broadband connection that we have to purchase since management buat taik dengan kami membuatkan kami tak leh nak pasang UNIFI!! Grrrrr......

Penantian Itu Satu Penyiksaan...

As salam u'olls..

Today is Wednesday.. It is very rare for us to hear a 'Wednesday Blues' term.. Because Wednesday is right in the middle of the week. Usually it's the busiest day in the week. And we have Monday and Tuesday to warm up after the weekend break. *and why aku berceramah pasal hari pula neh!*

Ok, my point is, although Wednesday shouldn't be a 'blues' day, still, I'm soooooo blues dan tadak mood today. My program is not working *and the fact that it is actually only a simple program JEEE breaks my heart! Huhu*.. My head spinning, since I woke up this morning.. In conclusion, today is my Wednesday Blues!

So..back to the topic. Apa yg dinanti? Apa yg seksa?

Baiklah, in this entry, I wanna reveal satu rahsia.. *POYOSS...* Rahsianya ialah, Alhamdulillah, we have managed to buy an apartment here nearby Gombak.. A newly developed apartment. Tak lah besar mana, memadailah untuk bertiga beranak or maybe berempat later *much later kot.. Haha..*.

Yeay.., itu part Alhamdulillah nye.. Yg part MasyaAllah nye ni.., sampai la ni, we are stilll waiting for the keys of the apartment. Masa nak beli, kumain manis lagi dengar, project is 99% completed. Dah boleh pack barang sebab tunggu masa je nak dapat kunci. By the time loan settled, leh masuk rumah baru. Leh raya rumah baru! Heh, sume nya janji pelesu!! 

They promised we can move in latest by July 2011. Tak jadi. Lepas tuh after Raya.. La ni dah raya ke berapa? Habuk pon tarak! Lepas tuh cakap MAYBE end of the year pulak.. Maybe.., bukan surely... Yg lebih geram, the other buyers said, we might only get the keys on 1st quarter next year! Sapa la tak geram dengar kan? 

And u'olls know what, the developer of the project is PKNS... We thought it will be safer and less hassle buying asset from PKNS since it is a government association. Hmm... haram! Sama je! Tah hape la yang tak kena tuh!

True, kalau ikutkan, we are not in urgency pon to move in. Coz currently we are happily staying with my parents. And not that my parents dah halau kiterang kuar ke hape.. In fact, the longer we stay, the happier they are.. Leh belek muka cucu hari-hari.. Hahaha.. 

But the thing is, kalau dah beli, and dah dijanjikan dapat masuk cepat, sakit hati jugak la kan?? Lagipon everyday dok lalu situ, tengok bangunan dah tersergam siap dah.. *actually dah lama dah siap...*, tapi owners still tak dapat kunci lagi.. Kalo u'olls, geram tak?

In the past few months, hubby n I were sooo excited looking around to get ideas to decorate our house. Quite a few fairs yg related to house-deco, furnishing kiterang redah *although hubby is the type who really hates to be in crowded area.. *. And in fact, we already bought some items for our little house yang ditunggu-tunggu tuh.. *Punyalah bersemangat laki bini nih! Ahaks..*

Therefore..., when this delays happened, we were soo disappointed and frustrated....

Huhuhuhu... It's ok lah.. Mesti ada hikmah di sebaliknya.. Bersabarlah Farah! *walopon dalam hati dok doa cepat la sket! hehe!*

Rumah sapa tah ni! Amik from google. Haha

K lah.. That's all la for now.. Nak pi carik lunch sat.. Lepas ni nak sambung keje *kalo ajin... Hahaha..*

Hey u'olls.. Just finished touching up the MATLAB code for Image Processing course.. Alhamdulillah.. Finally, it's done.. Can proceed with the paper and slide after this..

My lil baby is sleeping soundly in her cradle.. Hubby is 'khusyuk' watching his cartoon movie.. Haha..

Actually, my feeling today, actually, rite now, is quite -ve.. I feel so bengang + sad + terasa hati wif some1.. I dunno, feel like wanna bambu that some1 cukup2..

What is your problem dude?? Is that really necessary for you to say such things? I mean, if you don't like it, then SHUT UP!! Perlu ke nak acting like u r so angelic and others are so syaitanic? TAK PERLU KOT!! U r not that so-called 'angel' either..!! I think you are just being jealous if things that don't have.. Tah la.. Pe masalah U pon I tak tau..

But, pikir-pikir balik.. I ase, I just gonna say.. 'WHAT EVER!!'

This is a wide world.. And it's not that I'm gonna see or face u everyday pon.. In fact, I can always avoid you if I nyampah nak tgok muka u yg I ase ada masalah personality tuh..

Mak nyampah Nox..

Hello u'olls.. Morning... Pagi-pagi hari, mak dah ngadap blog.. Kira orait la kan..,daripada mak biar blog mak nih terabai je.. Hahaha..

(Gonna use the mak-nox-nyah today.. Tah nape tah! Bear wif me yeah.. Wakakaka..)
Ok, so today perasaan mak ialah perasaan nyampah.. In fact bukan today je, since Wednesday kot..

U'olls nak tau tak nape mak nyampah??

Tak lain tak bukan pasal study mak la nyah.. Hadoi..

Last wednesday, mak dapat result midterm Image Processing mak.. The result is.. hmmm... ok-ok je la.. Alhamdulillah la.. Tapi yg mak nyampah tuh, mak kehilangan 4marks for mistake yg bodoh kot... (Eh,tak baik cakap bodoh, tukar lah.. kurang bijak kot!!).

The thing that I regretted most is, the mistake that I made tuh, not even new things yg I learn pon.. It's actually something yg by right dah tersemat dalam kepala hotak.. Can u guys imagine, mak salah draw Histogram????? Kita belajar masa sekolah lagi kot!!!

MAK NYAMPAH NYAH!!!!

And to make it more interesting, the lecturer did remember mak buat mistake yg agak kelakar tuh.. Siap highlight in front of the class ok...
"This sister, she got it right for the hard part, but she did very funny mistake in drawing the histogram.. Shame on you sister.. If only you got it right, your marks will be higher.."

Gedebuk! Hah, kena ko skali...
I was like... Yeah sir, u don't have to remind me on the marks la, I can do the maths... (Tapi cakap dalam hati je la..). Hehehehe...

Keme'nyampah'an mak membawak sampai yesterday (Thursday) for my 'feveret' class, Mechanical vibration...

The lecturer discussed the solution for Midterm after half way of the class. Bleh plak tetibe class become so warm and not comfortable.. Panas nyah!! Before that ok je.. Bukan pe nox, sebenarnya punggung mak yg dah panas tak sedap duduk sebab tengok solution midterm and congak-congak marks yg mak bakal dapat... Huwaaaaaaa.....

And looking at the solution, I was like, "Ya Allah...macam tuh je ke???". Haishhh....
Ase geram je ngan sir sebab wat soalan yg macam karangan tuh.. Sir, please la, we are engineers, we are good at numbers, not at sentences.. Bila nampak karangan panjang tuh as soalan with no equation (at all!!), or diagram, macam dapat symptom morning sickness plak nye tiba-tiba...

But having a 2nd thought, actually logical je he made that so called 'knowledge application' kind-of question. Because in practice, engineers are not only dealing with numbers. before we get into the numbers, we have to understand and analyze the problem dulu.. Then translate the problem to numbers.. (cam mak takde pengalaman keje as engineer plak nak complaint! Huhu)

BUT... mak just ase unfair for us to get that kind of question while the previous sems' questions were all like pure mathematical and straight to the point.. Tang sem mak plak dia nak test our abilities in analyzing the problems.. Please la..

HOWEVER, menda dah jadi nyah.. Mak nak nyampah banyak-banyak pon tak guna.. Nyampah sikit-sikit sudah la.. Lebih baik mak teruskan hidup, InsyaAllah dengan lebih baik n bersedia next time.. Kan? Kan?

So, that's all la for today.. Mak nak bersiram.. Going to bring my angel to take 2nd dose of Influenza vaccine's jab pagi nih..

Teacher Murni (Fatin's teacher @ Educare) just told me that Fatin's might need more than 2 bottles of milk a day.. Dia minum susu banyak now.. Maybe sejak Mama was so busy sampai tak sempat nak jenguk Fatin kat Educare tengahari.. Huhuhu.. Sooo sorry dear.. Ok, Mama will increase the supply and InsyaAllah will try my best to pay you (referring to Fatin) a visit everyday in the afternoon... Minum susu banyak-banyak tau.. Biar sihat & kuat.. Amin.... :)

Hey all... Lama tak tulis blog.. Ada je 2,3 drafts,tapi tak dan nak abiskan.. Hahaha.. Bajet busy gile la tuh konon.. Tah pape..

Pagi nih ase macam angin sudah naik saya punya kepala. Sangat tak dak mood.. Sangat tak puas hati.. Dan macam2 sangat lagi.. Mungkin disebabkan faktor cuaca yg tidak menentu skang ni.. Jap panas, jap hujan.. Jadi mood I pon directly proportional to the weather la agaknya... Wahh, bahaya...

Banyak menda yg membuatkan I ase bengang je.. Wonder why, tetibe kesemua kebengangan yang ada dalam hati bergabung kuasa untuk menunjuk perasaan hari nih..

Jadi blog nih, I nak meluahkan perasaan... Melepaskan geram.. Aci??

I bengang bile ada manusia yg tidak gheti2 nak mengukur baju di badan sendiri... Kalo tak mampu tuh, buat la cara tak mampu kan? Agak-agak la bile wat decision tuh... Lepas tuh menyusahkan org len bile sempit.. Tah pape...
Org len plak nak kena bersusah payah tunggang terbalik keje nak menyenangkan org yang tak sedar diri tuh! Org len tuh pon ada gak life sendiri.. Patut ke dia mengorbankan life dia utk bersusah payah utk org len? Tak patut kan???? Tak patut kan???
Sometimes, human's mentality are weird.. Especially these "special cases human being".. They are sooooo complicated and very hard to understand.. But, if you 're destined to be among them, and you have to adapt (like it or not), then terpaksa la kuatkan mental & fizikal utk tempuh kehidupan.. Haishhh...

p/s - frenz, rili, u don't need to understand what am i merapu about... just nak meluahkan perasaan terpendam... Huhuhu..

Lagi, I bengang dengan sesetengah org yg suka sangat nak berlagak tak tentu pasal.. You are rich, fine! You have a lot of money, fine!!! SOOO????
Do you really need the world to know that you kaya and makan kat Kenny rogers ari2, or makan kat restoran mewah just for supper... Sume pon nak citer kat FB ke??? Serious man, is it rili necessary? Bile makan kat mamak stall tuh tak de lak nak tulis kat FB... Like "Having lunch at mamak.. Nak makan apa ek?"..
Bile pegi standard restaurant tuh, cehh, siap amik gambar bukti (dengan phone canggih yg u bangga2 kan sangat tuh) and put it up at FB.. Come on la man.. Kengkawan I bersepah yg lagi kaya dari U (I tak la,sbb I mmg papa kedana),tapi takde la berlagak pon... I think, you nih ada syndrome desperately-need-people-to-praise-you-are-man-with-money kind of person kot...
Korang annoyed tak dengan segolongan manusia yg camnih? Ke i je annoyed? Hahaha.. Mungkin I je kot.. Sebab I dengki.. Wakakaka...

Eii….., I geramnya.. Where the h**l is my parcel??????

U'olls remember bout the Shaklee pack that I ordered yang I story last time? I'm so mad coz I still haven't received my d**n parcel!! Hadoi….. Ni betul-betul testing my patient nih!

Know what, it's like I'm soo unlucky this time. As I mentioned before, I made the order on 17^th Dec (Friday). It's been, like, 1week plus kot!! Since till last Wednesday, I still didn't receive my Shaklee, I texted the dealer telling her that I still haven't received my order. And she was surprised coz usually it will only take one day for the customer to receive the goods. So, she checked it up with Shaklee HQ and it turned out that Shaklee HQ accidentally missed out my order… I was like.., "Ok.., everybody makes mistake..". So I decided to just wait.. They had shipped the parcel on Thursday.

So by right, I should have received the parcel by Friday.. But I didn't! Now, problem with Citylink, the courier plak! I checked in the system (the dealer gave me the consignment no), and it stated there.."received by".. Again, I was like "WHAT THE H**L!!! Bila plak aku received my parcel woi!!!"

And it so happened, when I checked, it was over 5pm, and the office already closed. And lebih interesting, the next day is Christmas day.. So they closed for the whole weekend. And I can't check with them what was actually happening. How on earth they claimed my parcel was received, yet, I didn't not receive anything!! Kan??

I dah bertambah bengang la kan..

This morning, pagi-pagi buta, I called citylink to check. The operator said, "You will receive your parcel anytime today..". Then I asked, "if I'm only receiving it by today, how come in the system u mentioned it is received??". Then my dealer said, due to Shaklee HQ, I should received my goods before 2pm by today… Dahhhh, it's 416pm kot!!! Ayah said, still tak ada lagi…

Hmmmm…. Pukul baper la baru nak dapat my Shaklee nih agaknya… Grrrrr….

Tapi I bengang dengan Shaklee sbb missed my order at the 1^st place, and Citylink yg buat system macam haram and lambat hantar my parcel!!!
